On December 15th, 2022, in accordance with Colorado House Bill 21-1085, the Board of County Commissioners of Prowers County passed Resolution 2022-22 adopting Policy and Procedures Regarding Secure Transportation Services.
In order to provide behavioral health Secure Transportation Services in Prowers County, providers must maintain an active STS License, renewable every 3 years, as well as active STS Vehicle permits for each vehicle, renewable annually.
