Prowers County Road & Bridge Department has one full-time job opening.  Applicants must have a valid Colorado Driver’s License (Commercial Driver’s License is preferred), must be willing to submit to a drug test and successfully complete a physical examination in order to demonstrate ability to perform the essential functions of the position.  Applications are available on the Prowers County website at www.prowerscounty.net as well as available at the Prowers County Administration Office, 301 South Main Street, Suite 215, Lamar, CO 81052. Prowers County offers competitive compensation with a target starting wage for this position of $17.00 to $17.50 per hour +/- DOQ along with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits, Flexible Spending/Health Savings Account, 401(a) with employer match, 457(b) Deferred Compensation, paid time off including vacation, sick and holidays.  Prowers County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
