Description :

The County administrator directors the day-to-day operation of county government. This position shall by appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and shall serve at the pleasure of the Board. Areas of responsibility include:  Working with all department heads to bring contracts and viable solutions to the BOCC, working with the budgets for each of the departments, economic development for the county, working with the municipalities in the county to achieve goals with the county, coordination with entities throughout the region to make sure all the goals are being met with regards to Prowers County.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration and/or Finance. Minimum five years of senior public sector management. Experience can be substituted for degree.
