Description :

Hotline County Connection Center – Intake Specialist

Belong to a team of unique, intelligent, hardworking individuals that provide an excellent service to communities throughout the state of Colorado. At the Hotline County Connection Center, our team works together to give concerned citizens the opportunity to report suspected child abuse and neglect in Colorado 24/7. Concerned citizens dial one central phone number (1-844-CO-4-KIDS) to report child abuse and neglect anywhere in Colorado. Our team then assures that concerned citizens are directed to the appropriate county child protective services agency where their concerns are heard.

As a part of our county call coverage program, counties throughout Colorado have the ability to contract with our call center so all of their calls are answered by the Hotline County Connection Center. Our team then takes reports of suspected child abuse and neglect for participating counties. Our team conducts thorough interviews with clients to assure their concern is relayed in full detail.
