 Nurse-Family
 Partnership program provides health education and counseling services by specially trained nurse home visitors to first-time, low-income women beginning in pregnancy and up to the child’s second birthday.
 
To be eligible for the Nurse-Family Partnership program a client must:
  • Be a first-time parent
  • Reside in one of the seven counties served
  • Meet the financial guidelines (200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines)
  • Preferably enroll before their 28th week of pregnancy
