Captain Randy Morris is the Jail Administrator. He oversees the daily operations of the jail facility. He aids the Jail Staff in arranging Work Release, coordinating weekends, and managing Court sentences and  Courtroom Security.
  







Senior Deputy Ron Manly is the Assistant Jail Administrator. He helps Randy with day to day operations and arranging inmate transports, extraditions, and getting inmates to scheduled appointments.

 

 


 

The Prowers County Jail is comprised of three main pods. These pods are broken down into a minimum/medium security pod, a maximum security and a female pod. The female pod has minimum through maximum cells in it.
