| Helping first-time parents succeed is the goal of the Nurse-Family Partnership Program. Specially trained Registered Nurses make home visits during the pregnancy and until your child is two years old. The nurses help prepare you for labor and delivery,
assist you in making healthy choices for you and your baby, help you be a better parent, and help you plan for the future. The program is voluntary and the services provided are at no cost to qualified low-income families. The program offers services to parents in Baca, Bent, Kiowa, and Prowers counties. Anyone can refer clients to the program...just ask us!
